Spinach Tarte Flambée

When I posted the Pumpkin Tarte Flambée a while ago, I had some dough going spare and also some fresh spinach from lunch, that I had to use the same day. So I did another shooting right afterwards with the Spinach Tarte Flambée. The recoipe you can find attached of course. For everyone who didn’t read the other post, here again. I always use a pizzastone to bake my tarte flambée because the dough becomes super crispy. You can prepare this meal on a baking plate as well, of course! And if you’re not vegeterian, this recipe is even better with a bit of bacon crumbled on top.
