Juicy Mango Cranberry Cocktail with Crunch


Holidays near and therefore also the stress to find all those missing christmas gifts. I think it’s exactly the same everywhere: Some people are incredibly complicated in terms of gifts. You don’t know what to buy or get for them every year. A super nice beginning would be a homemade christmas dinner for the whole family, you can take it as a gift at itself. Therefore we presented a starter, course two and three the last weeks. Today we will close the menu with a juicy mango cranberry cocktail. It’s quiet perfect for every menu because you can prepare it hours before the guests arrive and you just have to crumble some coockies and fresh fruits on top before serving. Because of it’s big part of fruits it’s not that heavy rather light and is somewhat perfect for the heavy christmas holidays.

Mango Cranberry Cocktail

  1. 250g Cranberry
  2. 1 Mango
  3. 200ml Cream
  4. 150g Mascarpone
  5. Vanillesugar
  6. Coconut Flakes
  7. Cookies
  1. Give the flesh of the mango into a pot and cook a compote on a low heat.
  2. Wash the cranberries and give them with 100ml water and vanille sugar into a pot and cook some kind of a jam out of it. The cranberries are really sour so if you like, you can add some extra sugar.
  3. Whisk the cream until stif. Gently fold in the mascarpone and coconut flakes.
  1. Give some compote into glasses
  2. Give an tbsp Cream on top
  3. Give an tbsp craberry jam on the cream layer.
  4. Again one tbsp cream
  5. and last but not least, crunch some cookies on top
